LED was conceived in a suspended moment in time when the world fell silent and distance became a shared condition. Created during the global Covid lockdown for a series of streaming events curated by the internationally acclaimed electronic music label Afterlife the project explored the possibility of presence in absence of energy without physical proximity. Developed in Puglia Italy LED became a temporary architecture of light space and sound. A minimal environment designed to amplify perception where the visual dimension was not a backdrop but an extension of the music itself. Within this constructed stillness the globally renowned DJ duo Fideles performed a live set that unfolded as a dialogue between rhythm and atmosphere intimacy and scale. For this production I oversaw the entire creative and technical process: scenographic design spatial construction technical setup recording photography and final editing. The project emerged as a synthesis of visual composition and sonic experience shaped by the urgency of a time in which digital transmission became the only possible stage. LED is a reflection on transformation on how light can define space how sound can generate form and how audiovisual language can preserve emotional immediacy even when the world is physically apart.
